Colorado's Diversity Enhances CPEx
From the Western Slope to the plains, and all along the
Front Range, CPEx’s community growth spans the public
and private sectors—primary/secondary and higher education,
health care, state and local government, for-profit and non-profit
business, and the military.
Educational institutions participating in CPEx pursue a higher
level of competitiveness, greater student proficiency, enhanced faculty
and staff satisfaction, and integrated stakeholder input that improves
student achievement. Health care systems,
facing system reform and increased competition, engage in CPEx to
meet their mandates to increase efficiency and reduce health care
costs—while improving patient care and satisfaction. Government
of all types, from state and local agencies to the military, joins
CPEx in promoting public service to maximize taxpayer return and to
best meet the needs
of the people of Colorado. Joining large businesses,
small business
concerns initiate their involvement or participate in CPEx through
the State of Colorado’s Small Business Development Center Network
(http://www.state.co.us/oed/sbdc/),
beginning a quest
for performance excellence and sustainable financial, market,
and human resources results.
These participants in the CPEx community share a dedication to
the core values of performance excellence and quality improvement,
but they also share a more urgent and compelling commitment–
to make Colorado a better place in which to live and work.
We thank these and other organizations for helping build a foundation
for CPEx’s growth and success.
