Customer and Market Focus; Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management; Human Resource Focus; Education and Assessment Services,

The Customer and Market Focus committee are the creative and hands–on people that will take creative ideas based on the CPEx marketing plan and implement them to create awareness, enthusiasm, and support for the CPEx programs. We are looking for people who would like to work in a virtual environment most of the time and can commit to specific projects and timelines.

Knowledge Management and Process Team
The Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management committee handles all IT related issues. These issues include using IT to create, develop, maintain, and enhance the use of our time and resources. These resources involve award, fundraising, marketing, conference, Web, and other business processes. The committee works with the Board of Directors, CPEx members, volunteers, sponsors, and partners to deliver IT solutions for the organization that is compelling, professional, and effective.

Human Resources Focus Team
The Human Resources Focus committee is what brings performance excellence values, concepts, and approaches to the CPEx community. Our most important people resources are its volunteers. This committee is tasked with developing processes and polices for working with volunteers, recruiting, rewarding them, and retaining them.

Education and Assessment Services Team
This committee is tasked with providing the training content for the CPEx courses including the Introductory Awareness workshop, the Application Writing workshop, the High Plains Workshop, and the Examiner Training courses including New Examiner Training. The committee assists with development of the criteria for trainers and facilitators as well as the actual training of these individuals.

Fundraising and Sponsorships Team
The Process – Fundraising committee are the people who would enjoy meeting with some of the most highly regarded CEO's of the best Colorado organizations to promote CPEx. We are not funded by the state and rely on private donations and grants. We need people on our mostly virtual teams to target specific organizations and foundations for personal contact and relationship building.

Financial Management Team
This committee’s mission is to ensure CPEx revenues and expenses are management to the budget and that CPEx financial policies and process are in accordance with standard accepted accounting practices, IRS rules and regulations, and all other state and national statutes related to accounting for and providing for the 501c3 non–profit status of the organization. It ensures the organization files all its required year–end documents, sales tax reporting/licensing, etc. for the sound and prudent financial management of the organization.
