Self-Assessment

The Baldrige National Quality Program website, part of the National Institute of Standards and Technology, contains many tools to help your organization improve its performance and efficiency. One of those tools, a questionnaire entitled " Are We Making Progress" is designed to help you assess how your orgainzation is performing and learn what can be improved. Based on the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence, this questionnaire will help you focus your improvement and communication efforts on areas needing the most attention.

Another useful tool is a questionnaire entitled " Are We Making Progress As Leaders" designed specifically for senior leadership.
