As a condition of using the CPEx Consultant Referral Service, my organization:
  • agrees to accurately represent itself and our improvement opportunity to consultants

  • agrees to respond promptly and professionally to consultants once we have started the interviewing, selection, and contracting process (though we understand that we have no obligation to contact any/all consultants referred to me by this service)

  • agrees to uphold a high standard of professionalism, ethics and integrity with consultants secured through this service

  • agrees to all the terms and conditions contained in the Website Disclaimer, the Client Agreement for CPEx Consultant Referral Services and the CPEx Code of Ethics/Conduct.
