High Plains/Introductory Awareness Workshop Overview

Our hands-on, full-day workshops introduce you to the CPEx Performance Excellence criteria and Application/Awards process. The morning focuses on learning about CPEx and the criteria. The afternoon covers techniques and approaches for using the criteria for self-assessment and/or completing an awards application.

This course is made up of the High Plains Recognition Training course and the Introductory Awareness Workshop.

*What You Will Learn:*	The bottom-line benefits of investing in organizational self-assessment and improvement The nature and scope of the CPEx Criteria for Performance Excellence Use of the CPEx criteria to conduct a self-assessment or prepare an Award application Preparation of an Award application to apply for a CPEx Award
*How You Will Benefit:*	Energize, align, and optimize your organization's beginning or ongoing performance improvement efforts Learn more about performance improvement Get recognition for your organization as a role model within the state of Colorado Discover how your organization can apply for a CPEx Award now or in the future
