Introductory Awareness Workshops
This workshop has been combined with the Application Writing
workshop. Our hands-on, full-day workshops introduce you to the CPEx Performance
Excellence criteria and Application/Awards process. The morning focuses on learning
about CPEx and the criteria. The afternoon covers techniques and approaches
for using the criteria for self-assessment and/or completing an awards application.

Application Writing Workshop
This workshop provides tools, techniques and support for an organization in completing a CPEx application for use in a self-assessment, applying for a CPEx Award, or taking the first steps toward performance excellence.
| Who Should Attend: |
This workshop is targeted for individuals leading the organization's efforts to pursue performance excellence. Ideally, a team of individuals will attend or an on-site session will be conducted so work can actually begin on the application. |

Examiner/Judge Training
Learn how to apply, assess, and score CPEx Award applications against the CPEx Criteria for Performance Excellence. Use your knowledge and experience to help Colorado organizations on their performance improvement journeys, gain exposure to best practices and organizations using cutting-edge performance improvement techniques, and serve the Colorado community while enhancing your professional skills and capabilities while you review CPEx Award applications.

Professional, dedicated leaders who are seeking to serve as an Examiner or Judge on the CPEx Board of Examiners |
